Reception and tourist information

We’re happy to make your vacation full of excitement and to help you to make the most of it. You’ll find special information brochures and hiking maps about Valposchiavo and the attractions here and in neighboring Valtellina. What makes the difference are the suggestions of those who live in these beautiful valleys every day.

Pets

They are allowed, upon request, in the rooms Chambre Rustique, Salon Romain, Salon Nature and Suite du Président.
We charge an additional fee of CHF 10.00 per day for every four-legged friend.

Rowing boat

A rowboat is available to our guests free of charge.
Reservations can be made at the front desk.

With pleasure you can deposit your luggage free of charge at the reception desk after you have vacated your room, waiting to depart.

Baby crib

We can provide a baby crib for our small guests by prior arrangement for an additional fee of CHF 10.00 per day

All Inclusive Guest Card

Half board

As a guest of our hotel, you have the opportunity to take advantage of a reduced rate for half board (lunch or dinner) at an additional cost of CHF 38.00 per person.
The menu of the day includes three courses. If you are tickled by other dishes, you can also order à la carte.

Opening hours

Reception:

Every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Kitchen:

breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
lunch, snacks and dinner from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Guests with disabilities

Unfortunately we do not have rooms and bathrooms suitable to accommodate people with wheelchair disabilities.
Note: There is no lift available in the entire house.

Parking

Free private parking is available at the hotel.

Room and suite cleaning

Our rooms are carefully cleaned and tidied daily by our staff.

Restaurant

Whether you’re in the company of family, friends or colleagues, you’re sure to find a cosy spot in the restaurant. Maybe just the two of you for a romantic candlelight dinner in the grotto?
Our restaurant with its interior rooms, the Grotto and the wonderful terrace with lake view are also suitable for larger groups such as company and group dinners, family celebrations, aperitifs with friends. We are waiting for you to enjoy the cuisine of Marco and his team.

Rates

Room and suite rates are per person, per night and include our breakfast buffet.

Tourist tax

We will charge an additional CHF 2.80 per person per day for the tourist tax when you pay the balance of your stay.

Terms and Conditions

Your reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.

If you cancel 7 to 2 days before arrival we retain 50% of the final price.

Cancellations made one day before the scheduled date of arrival or on the day of arrival will be charged a fee of 100% of the total amount of the stay.

If you can’t help but stay connected to the world we guarantee free Wifi.
