Chefun’s Factory Store

The factory store is my vegetable garden, my pastry shop, my craft workshop. An apron around my neck, my hands dyed with jam and my taste buds enriched by every taste. It is the fruit of my work in my ‘taste workshop’ behind the scenes.
Patience for waiting for the harvest, the search for the new, honesty for tradition, and imagination for a creative souvenir are the protagonists.
I produce grappas and liqueurs that hold the scents of honey and mountain herbs. I enjoy flavoring my meat and fish dishes with salts and aromas. I enclose the sweetness of fruits in jars of jams, which taste of home.
I liven up your dishes with barbeque sauces, cheeses with exotic marinades and chutneys, in a sour and sweet dance. I revive my traditions with products from Valposchiavo and Valtellina – such as buckwheat in all its facets and with those from Graubünden cuisine – such as the legendary nut cake.

You can buy my products from wherever you are or you can bring them with you from your holiday – as long as they remain a memory and a promise that you will come and visit us again!
